INTBU is leading a worldwide network of exceptional individuals who share a conviction,

The INTBU Fellowship Program focus on bringing outstanding mentors into the center of the organization and aim to cultivating their work by providing transformational support to a global network of visionaries – individuals, scientists, artists, activists, entrepreneurs, doctors, journalists and inventors – who collaborate across disciplines to create positive change around the world.
We know that innovative ideas and fresh approaches to challenging community problems can be discovered inside visionary people around the world.
INTBU helps surface and share these insights and empowers such visionary people to extend their reach, deepen their impact, and fundamentally improve society on a local to global scale.
Fellows aim to bring communities and issues together and spark conversation amongst them to promote collective action for a sustainable community by finding innovative ideas to improve the quality of life for all people living in the community.
Fellows covers a series of activities aimed at bringing about desired improvement in the social well being of individuals, and in doing so... develops co-operative attitudes and practices by:
- Providing - the community with meaningful humanitarian services; and
- Assists - in the accelerating of community development and economic growth through helping, leading, planning, supporting, educating and training.
How does it work?
Every year, through a rigorous open application process, INTBU Associates selects a group of aspiring mentors to be Research Fellows.
They choose mentors based on their remarkable achievement, strength of character and on their innovative approach to solving the community's toughest problems.
Research Fellows
Once selected, fellows are then invited to attend community meetings where they meet with the community and community leaders, sharing challenges and experiences while disseminate their solutions and ideas to the community.
Fellows participate by sharing their observations in an active profesional online network for an explosion of conversation and ideas.
Associates
Successful Fellows automatically become Associates.
Associates are invited to join the vibrant Leadership Forums, sparking cross-disciplinary collaborations and ventures. Most significantly, the program has helped Associates to expand and intensify the impact of their remarkable ideas and projects, often preserving some of the most important places on the planet and enhancing conditions for people and communities around the world.
Associates are the strategic unit of the organization. Associates have been awarded prestigious prizes and grants, speaking professionally and been published widely.
Associates are invited to join the vibrant Leadership Forums, sparking cross-disciplinary collaborations and ventures. Most significantly, the program has helped Associates to expand and intensify the impact of their remarkable ideas and projects, often preserving some of the most important places on the planet and enhancing conditions for people and communities around the world.
