Management Structure

As an international organization, INTBU is represented in communities by smaller groups called Steering Committees.
The Steering Committee encourages people in the community to work together to tackle social problems and aims to achieve the following objectives:

  1. education and community development; and
  2. an improved quality of life; and
  3. sustainable economic growth,

for all people living in the community.

Community Support Account - CSA

INTBU make their money from selling goods and services to their members then they reinvest their profits back into the local community through the Community Support Account (CSA).

The Community Support Account (CSA) is a unique community benefit and the heart of INTBU within the community. Members contribute by donating 15% from their cash-back to their Community Support Account (CSA).

These allocations are declared annually at the end of the financial year.
